I purchase the software 2 weeks ago for $499. There was something wrong with it as I could not install it in my metatrader platform. I have written several times to their customer support requesting a refund…they have not even responded to me. Very bad customer service. Do NOT invest in this software.
Here’s my forex trading experience and with Forex Illumanati. I am a retired ex-pastor and have been trading the forex spot market for nearly 12 years and have purchased over $60,000 in forex related courses and parapheralia and have had spectacular successes and equally spectacular failures in the last decade of trading the forex spot market.
Until now every guarantee has been honored from vendors I have requested a refund from. I tried Illumanati (took every trade the bot offered for over a month). Instead of a glowing positive increase in my account (as advertised) – the results were glaringly and consistently terrible. The refund policy turned out to be a hoax of the first order. Canned, meaningless replies followed by not honoring refund request after refund request. Stonewalling seems to have been the standard operating procedure with this outfit.
Just one story – mine. But it’s true and can be easily documented as I have kept every e-mail sent along with the account history.
My recommendation is simple, i.e., ….if you have a few hundred extra dollars laying around you don’t care about – just flush them down the toilet instead of wasting them on this product or this company. The result will be better than having used Illumanati because at least you will have not wasted much of your time, you will know where your money wound up, and you will not have lost any additional money in trading losses.
